Term & Conditions

1.SERVICES. CourtHouse will provide the Services as described on the Website, and standard updates to the Services that are made generally available by CourtHouse during the term. CourtHouse may, in its sole discretion, discontinue the Services or modify the features of the Services from time to time without prior notice.

2.USE OF SERVICES AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES. You are responsible for Your and the End Users’ use of the services provided by CourtHouse and shall follow, and ensure cooperation and compliance with, all Laws in connection with all the users. Use of the Services is void where prohibited.

3.REGISTRATION INFORMATION. You may be required to provide information about Yourself to the CourtHouse System in order to register and login for being able to use certain Services. You agree that such information shall be accurate and crosschecked. You will have to choose a userID and password as your account access details. You are completely responsible for maintaining the security and identity of Your username and password which you should agree not to disclose to any third party under any circumstances.

4.LIMITATIONS ON USE. You may not disclose, resell, or reproduce any data generated by the law enforcement system for court sessions and other services under any circumstances unless You have been specifically permitted to do so under CourtHouse and permission by the Judiciary using the service. You may not offer or enable any third parties to use the Services chosen by You.

5.PROHIBITED USE. You agree that You will not use, and will not permit any End User to use, the Services to: (i) modify, reverse engineer or attempt to gain access to the derivative or source code of the Courthouse; (ii) knowingly or negligently use the Services in a way that abuses, interferes with, or disrupts CourtHouse’s Services; (iii) engage in any illegal, fraudulent activity or any attempt to mislead;(iv) transmit through the Services provided by us that may prove to be harmful for our property or other rights of third parties; (v) plagiarise any features, functions or graphics of the CourtHouse Services; (vi) use the application to communicate any message or material that is harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, indecent, would violate the intellectual property rights of any party or is otherwise unlawful, that would give rise to any criminal act or constitute a lawsuit.; (vii) upload or inject any harmful code or content that affects the performance of the Application in any way or which does or is intended to harm or extract information from other hardware, software or networks of Courthouse ;(viii) engage in any activity or use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the Services, or any servers or networks connected to the Services or CourtHouse's security systems. (ix) use the Services in violation of any CourtHouse policy or in a manner that violates applicable law, including but not limited to anti-spam, export control, privacy, and anti-terrorism laws and regulations and laws requiring the consent of subjects of audio and video , and You agree that You are solely responsible for compliance with all such laws and regulations.

6.INTENDED USE; RESTRICTION ON USE BY CHILDREN. The Services are intended for judicial and business use. Courthouse is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16 unless the business involves use in educational system.

7.COPYRIGHT. You may not reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of the CourtHouse. Without limiting the foregoing, if You believe that Your copyright has been violated/infringed, please notify CourtHouse in the Contact Us section.
